Job description
John Jones Automotive Outlet, a premier Indiana dealership, seeks a General Manager/Buyer to lead all dealership operations and strategic initiatives. The role oversees Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and administration, building a strong leadership team and upholding John Jones Auto Group standards.
The GM/Buyer will drive financial performance, oversee KPIs, and identify opportunities to enhance revenue and margins while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
