Job description
University Health seeks an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead clinical and administrative directions for all dialysis programs, from renal clinics to jail dialysis services. You will collaborate with Medical Directors to plan growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver patient-centered care across the system.
The role requires RN licensure in Texas, 3+ years in dialysis leadership, and strong leadership with bilingual English/Spanish abilities a plus.
