Requirements
Proven experience in executive leadership roles, preferably in healthcare, mental health, or substance use services.
Strong understanding of virtual healthcare platforms and digital health technologies.
Masters degree in healthcare administration, public health, psychology, or a related field.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the organizations strategic vision and goals.
Oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and funding sources.
Lead fundraising and development efforts to support the organizations growth and sustainability.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that promotes collaboration and professional development.
Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and public events.
