Job description
Mission Prep Los Angeles is seeking an Executive Director to elevate an adolescent residential program across four homes in the Los Angeles area. The role emphasizes clinical depth, family engagement, and scalable systems to support growth.
As an on-site senior leader, you will oversee clinical oversight, policy adherence, and collaboration with operations, nursing, admissions, UR, and outreach to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care within a 24/7 setting.
