Job description
Guild Hall seeks an Executive Director to lead its historic multidisciplinary institution in East Hampton, guiding artistic excellence, civic leadership, and financial sustainability. The role requires active onsite leadership and a commitment to community impact across the East End.
The position oversees a $6M operating budget (70% contributed revenue, 30% earned) with a hiring range of $225,000 – $275,000 plus benefits. Start date targeted for spring 2027.
