Job description
Fairbanks Arts Association in Fairbanks, Alaska seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership, grow programs, oversee fundraising and community partnerships, and advance FAA's mission across the region.
Reporting to the Board, the ED will manage staff and operations, represent FAA publicly, ensure financial health, and foster an inclusive, welcoming arts community through collaboration with local partners and donors.
