Job description
GEDDI seeks a bold leader to scale a nascent non-profit into a full-blown foundation that empowers Black business development by providing resources, access and tools to Black-owned businesses and emerging entrepreneurs. Founded in 2020, GEDDI operates Just Boss Up, a business accelerator program that graduates ~100 per year to legally establish a business.
The Executive Director will lead fund-development, manage program outcomes and represent the organization at external events.
