Job description
BTG Pactual is seeking a senior Director / Executive Director of Operations to oversee the U.S. Broker-Dealer Operations, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This role is pivotal for managing a cross-regional team and ensuring strong operational controls.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of self-clearing experience and a profound understanding of broker-dealer operations.
Compensation is expected to range from USD 150,000 to USD 200,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
