Job description
The LGBTQ Community Center of The Desert is seeking an Executive Director and CEO to lead operations, strategy, and community impact in Eastern Riverside County. The role requires collaborating with the Board, staff, and partners to advance mission and financial stewardship.
You will shape a new strategic plan, grow fundraising, broaden outreach, enhance programs, and raise the Center's visibility across audiences and stakeholders.
