Job description
Merck & Co. seeks an Executive Director, Chief of Staff for the Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO). This senior partner will translate priorities into focused execution, strengthen governance, and drive AI-enabled, simplified ways of working across a regulated organization.
The role reports to the SVP, Head of GCTO, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to accelerate portfolio delivery, quality, and cost efficiency while promoting change readiness and organizational effectiveness.
