Job description
Growth Partners Arizona (GPAZ) in Phoenix seeks an Executive Director to lead mission-driven lending, grow partnerships, and advance financial literacy initiatives. The role requires strategic oversight of lending programs, staff leadership, and governance with the Board.
The successful candidate will sustain GPAZ's CDFI mandate, strengthen funder relations, and position the organization for scalable impact across Arizona while upholding nonprofit governance standards and financial discipline.
