We are seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to join us as an Executive Director who holistically operates a Koelsch Community at Deer Ridge Memory care!
Full-time opportunity!
Earn $100,000 - $110,000 annually, dependent on experience; Salaried / Exempt position with monthly bonus opportunities!

Who You Are
Leadership is at the core of this role. You have actively managed multiple departments in a professional setting with organizational and management success. You will manage a Senior Living Community effectively and profitability in accordance with company standards. You accept responsibility for the community operations - good or bad.
What You'll Do
Oversee community staff and day-to-day operations; Actively manage multiple departments in a professional setting with organizational and management success
Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staff of quality associates
Build positive relationships with residents of the community, their families, and staff members
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
A minimum of two years of related leadership experience is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have a valid administrator license in states where required
Must have a valid administrator license in states where required
Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.
Experience in the senior housing industry preferred
