Job description
Boston Debate League is seeking a Managing Director, Development to catalyze philanthropic initiatives and drive growth through major gifts and planned giving. The MD will create and implement a strategic, innovative multi-year development plan, reporting to the Executive Director and collaborating with the Senior Leadership team, Board, and staff to realize the organization’s vision for philanthropy.
