Job description
RIVERE Ecological Center in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking an Executive Director to lead strategic direction, fundraising, and organizational growth. The role reports to the Board of Directors and advances a 12-month startup period toward a full operating center.
The ED will drive capital campaigns, supervise staff, manage partnerships, and implement an earned revenue coworking model while coordinating with research and community partners in the Rappahannock region.
