Job description
The Telling Room in Portland, Maine seeks a visionary Executive Director to guide our mission of empowering youth through writing. The ED will oversee staff, programs, and the organization's strategic plan, building strong relationships with community partners and youth stakeholders.
You will lead post-pandemic transitions to in-person learning, advance racial equity, and cultivate an inclusive culture that centers youth voices.
