Job description
Regeneron seeks an Executive Director to lead Employee Technology & Digital Workplace, directing Service Desk, ITSM (ServiceNow), onboarding/offboarding lifecycle tech, and digital workplace engineering. You will set strategy, run global operations, and drive a modern, consumer-grade digital experience for employees.
The role requires 17+ years in IT service delivery or IT operations leadership, deep ITIL and ServiceNow expertise, and strong vendor management and executive communication skills.
