Job description
Boar's Head Brand is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead enterprise and plant-level engineering across manufacturing and distribution facilities. You will shape strategy for capacity growth, site start-ups, capital projects, and modernization of infrastructure, equipment, and processes.
The role requires coordinating with Operations, FSQ, Maintenance, EHS, and Finance to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations while developing a high-performing engineering
