Job description
Crystal Clean LLC seeks a Director, Enterprise Performance & Analytics to partner with Finance leadership and the Executive Team to shape the enterprise analytics strategy. You will lead BI, enterprise reporting, KPI governance, and executive dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
You will supervise BI, Reporting, and Analytics staff, drive KPI standards, collaborate with IT on data governance, and advance AI-enabled analytics and reporting automation across the organization.
