Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive leadership within the assisted living or senior care industry, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the facility operates efficiently and meets all regulatory requirements.
Oversee daily operations, including resident care, staff management, budgeting, and facility maintenance.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality assisted living services.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve organizational goals.
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Director or in a senior leadership role within assisted living or senior care.
In-depth knowledge of assisted living regulations, standards, and best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets and financial operations effectively.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Commitment to fostering a compassionate and resident-centered care environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.
Possess an Assisted Living Manager license (Maryland)
