Job description
Ignite! Utah is seeking an Executive Director to lead a changing civic organization focused on Gen Z power and civic engagement in Utah. The role requires fundraising acumen, relationship-building, and strategic leadership to grow programs and impact across Ignite!
Utah Action and Civic Spark. The successful candidate will manage 3–4 program consultants and a team of contractors, steward a multi-year budget, and partner with the board and donors to sustain and expand partnerships.
