Job description
The Virginia Hospital Center Medical Brigade seeks its first Executive Director to provide vision, energy, and leadership, overseeing all aspects of the organization and building sustainable systems. The role includes developing programmatic and operational plans, reporting to the Board, and managing a budget of about $300,000.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of non-profit leadership, international development knowledge, and the ability to travel to Honduras 2–4 times yearly.
