Job description
Caldera Arts in Portland, Oregon seeks an Executive Director to guide the organization through its next growth phase. You will partner with the Board, lead staff, and steward community support to advance mission and impact.
Reporting to the Board, the Executive Director will oversee programs, operations, and fundraising, shaping strategy as the organization transitions from founder-led to a sustainable, mission-driven nonprofit.
