CommuniCare Family of Companies is recruiting an Executive Director for Caroleton Healthcare Center in Connersville, IN. You will lead all staff, uphold care standards, and ensure exceptional resident care while guiding operations and financial performance.
Qualified candidates must hold an Indiana Licensed Health Facilities Administrator (HFA) license, demonstrate strong management and budgeting skills, and provide excellent written and verbal communication.
