Job description
Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, Product Strategy and Execution – Disability, Leave, Dental and Vision. You will drive new product development through market research, trend analysis, and customer insights to establish a clear product vision and prioritized roadmap aligned with business strategy.
You will lead cross-functional teams across underwriting, sales, and marketing, manage budgets, KPIs, and governance to deliver scalable health product portfolios.
