Job description
Bullhook Community Health Center is seeking a Director of Operations to lead departmental oversight and drive strategic initiatives. You will partner with the CEO, CBHO and CFO to expand services and ensure quality care across clinical and administrative domains.
The role requires collaboration with C-Suite, medical and BH clinic managers to improve processes, supervise multiple teams, and maintain HRSA compliance while advancing performance metrics and patient outcomes.
