Job description
IL Home Health Care, part of the Optum/LHC family, seeks an Executive Director to oversee the entire home health provider's operations. You will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate projects, ensure patient eligibility, and drive service quality and profitability.
You will lead with a focus on staff motivation, policy adherence, and collaboration with management across departments, within a framework of state and federal regulations.
