Job description
CBSET in Lexington, MA is seeking a Sr. Director of In Vitro and Cell Based Sciences to lead the new testing laboratories and drive growth. The role reports to the President & CEO and oversees staffing, operations, and strategic direction.
The position includes full P&L responsibility, lab expansion, and continuous improvement initiatives. Salary ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 per year with on-site work in Lexington moving to Waltham in 2027.
