Generac Power Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Service Operations to lead aftersales service and support for stationary power generation solutions. This role defines the long-term service strategy, aligning with Industrial business objectives and driving scalable, compliant service models.
The leader will oversee field service, parts, dealer enablement, and technical support, partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Digital teams to improve reliability and total cost of ownership.
