Executive Director
Location: NoCal – Wine Country, CA
Referral Bonus: $4,000
Position Overview
We have an opportunity for a seasoned Executive Director for a beautiful Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) / Life Plan Community located in the heart of wine country, Sonoma County.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of ED/LNHA experience serving seniors, including those requiring additional assistance.
History of strong survey results and good tenure.
Passion for providing excellent care and customer service to residents.
Responsibilities
The ED is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with applicable company, federal, state, and local standards to deliver the highest quality care and service to residents at all times.
