Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Executive Director, Philanthropy to advance fundraising priorities and manage a major gifts portfolio. This leadership role focuses on securing six- and seven-figure gifts while collaborating with philanthropy colleagues to meet ambitious annual and multi-year fundraising goals.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in philanthropy, demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, and lead fundraising strategies across the organization. A commitment to supporting diverse donors and engaging volunteers is essential.
The salary range for this position starts at $149,989 up to $215,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
