Job description
Blue Star Families is seeking an Executive Director for the Maryland Chapter. This senior role leads local strategy, fundraising, and community impact, reporting to the VP of Chapter Impact & Outposts. The ED drives six-figure fundraising, builds cross-sector partnerships, and expands programs to benefit military families in Maryland.
Residency in the Baltimore area preferred. The ED manages staff, volunteers, budget, and external relations, with travel as needed for events and gatherings.
