Job description
Executive Director CSC Massachusetts leads the fundraising, organizational development, and financial operations for CSC Massachusetts, reporting to CSC HQ. The role requires building partnerships with donors, healthcare partners, and community leaders to advance CSC's mission.
The ED will manage staff and volunteers, oversee budgeting and governance, and drive strategies for sustainable growth, donor stewardship, and high-impact programs in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.
