Executive Director - Community Mental Health Center
Arkansas | $120K-$175K DOE | Reports to the Board of Directors
The Opportunity
Our client, a CARF-accredited community mental health center serving Arkansas, is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership across a five-location system of care. Programs include outpatient, youth, residential day, and detox services. With approximately 87 FTEs, a recently renewed CARF accreditation, and diversified revenue streams, including a state block grant that recently grew revenue, the organization has built a strong foundation of accountability and is positioned for continued growth.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated business and financial leadership experience within behavioral health
Experience managing budgets, grants, and public funding sources such as state block grants and service contracts
Multi-site operational leadership experience
Experience with CARF accreditation and behavioral health regulatory compliance
Familiarity with behavioral health EMR systems
Preferred
Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
Multi-site leadership in a community mental health or substance use treatment setting
Experience with Credible EMR
Compensation & Benefits
$120K-$175K, depending on experience
