Job description
Mercy Connections seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization, expand opportunities, and diversify funding while upholding Mercy's mission and inclusive culture.
The Executive Director reports to the Board, oversees Program Directors and Finance & Operations, and drives strategic planning, fundraising, public policy engagement, and program alignment with community needs to advance health, education and mobility.
