Role Description
The Executive Director of Campus Enrollment will oversee strategies and operations related to student recruitment, enrollment management, and financial aid guidance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing enrollment strategies, leading a team focused on student recruitment efforts, and fostering relationships with prospective students and their families. The role requires collaboration with various university departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process and alignment with SAU’s mission. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Spring Arbor, MI.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Enrollment Management and Student Recruiting to drive strategic enrollment initiatives and meet university goals.
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with prospective students, families, and staff.
Knowledge of Student Financial Aid processes to guide families in making informed decisions regarding financial support and resources.
Ability to lead and motivate a team within a Christian higher education environment, promoting values in alignment with SAU’s mission.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track enrollment trends and improve recruiting strategies.
Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; experience in higher education or enrollment leadership is highly desirable
