Job description
Hill Valley Healthcare is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) with an active RN license and strong clinical leadership to oversee nursing operations and patient care delivery. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, staffing effectiveness, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of nursing supervisory experience and 5 years in long-term or acute care, with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
