Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior/Executive Director, Reverse Translation (Oncology Translational Research) to lead a laboratory-based reverse-translation group in Spring House, PA, with cross‑site collaboration in Cambridge, MA and San Diego, CA.
You will own the platform for mechanistic characterization of drugs, mentor scientists, and align with Discovery, Medical Affairs and Commercial to connect insight to portfolio strategy and lifecycle management.
