Job description
Nomura Holdings, Inc. in New York seeks an Executive Director to lead opportunistic private credit with a real estate focus for the NAIFX fund. You will source, structure, diligence and monitor co-investments across partners and fund managers.
Required: 10+ years in private asset-based and specialty finance credit, interval fund experience preferred, and a strong network to originate opportunities. CFA preferred and proven leadership are essential.
