Job description
Koinonia Family Camp and Retreat Center (Martin Luther Camp Corporation) is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization from November 15, 2026. The role covers strategic planning, fundraising, outreach, administration, HR, and financial management to fulfill the camp’s mission and values.
The Executive Director will supervise staff, report to the Board, and drive campaigns, collaborations, and program growth in a faith-based outdoor ministry setting.
