Job description
TransCore is seeking a Sr. Director of Quality Engineering for the BOS Product Group, based in Germantown, MD or Union, NJ.
Lead the QE organization, set strategy, build governance, and partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Customer Support to deliver high-quality software products. The role requires 15+ years in software/quality engineering, strong leadership of distributed teams, and expert knowledge of testing, automation, CI/CD, and metrics.
