This is a high-visibility role that demands equal command of PBM economics, financial modeling, strategic storytelling, transformation leadership, and cross-functional influence.

Align cross-functional stakeholders on critical drivers impacting pricing, profitability, and growth. Strengthen governance and controls to improve forecast accuracy and financial performance.

Drug Profitability Analytics & Reporting Lead enterprise drug profitability analytics and reporting strategy. Develop actionable insights into key profitability drivers, market dynamics, and financial performance. Deliver scenario modeling and executive decision support for strategic initiatives and investments.

Multi-Year Refresh (MYR) & Trade Capacity Model Lead development of the Trade Capacity Model, a key driver of long-term profitability and COGS improvement. Direct financial modeling and planning inputs supporting enterprise budget and multi-year forecasting processes.

Process Improvement, Innovation & Technology Lead finance transformation initiatives that enhance forecasting, reporting, and operational effectiveness. Advance analytics, automation, AI, and technology solutions to improve decision-making and productivity. Oversee investment governance and portfolio prioritization to maximize business value and financial returns. Drive organizational change management and adoption of new operating models and technologies.

Leadership, Talent Development & Stakeholder Management Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team focused on strategic finance, analytics, and business performance. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Partner across Finance, Trade, Underwriting, and Operations to align strategy and business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on profitability, growth, and enterprise financial strategy.
