Job description
The Executive Director, Rehabilitation Services at Baptist Jacksonville leads the vision, strategic direction, and operational oversight of rehabilitation across the Baptist Health System, including PT, OT, SLP, and related therapy services.
The role partners with physicians and nursing leaders to elevate patient outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and drive program growth across facilities, campuses, and wellness centers.
