Job description

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a spiritually mature, strategic, and relational Executive Director to help lead a healthy, unified, and effective campus ministry. Partnering closely with the Campus Pastor and Regional Hub Pastor, the Executive Director translates vision into action by developing leaders, strengthening ministries, and ensuring campus teams and operations remain aligned with Woodside's mission, values, and ministry strategy.

This is a key leadership role for someone who loves both people and organizational leadership—a leader who can shepherd staff, build strong teams, create clarity, and help ministries flourish.

What You'll Do

Partner with the Campus Pastor to establish and execute campus goals, priorities, and ministry initiatives.

Lead, coach, and develop ministry directors and other key campus staff.

Build a healthy, collaborative staff culture characterized by accountability, trust, and leadership development.

Oversee campus operations, budgets, staffing, systems, and ministry planning.

Strengthen ministries and discipleship pathways that help people take meaningful next steps with Christ.

Monitor ministry health and effectiveness through goals, metrics, regular reviews, and staff development.

Provide pastoral leadership through discipleship, mentoring, counseling, and congregational care.

Serve as a key connector between campus leadership, Central teams, and the broader Woodside organization.

What We're Looking For

A spiritually mature, pastoral leader with a deep knowledge of Scripture and a heart for developing people.

10+ years of senior leadership experience in a church, nonprofit, or organizational setting, including staff leadership.

Proven ability to build unified teams, develop leaders, navigate organizational dynamics, and execute strategy.

Strong organizational, administrative, financial, and strategic‑planning skills.

A relational, humble, and wise leadership style with the ability to shepherd both staff and congregation.

Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.

Meets Woodside's qualifications for ministry leadership and demonstrates strong alignment with our mission, values, and ministry philosophy.

This is a full‑time, salaried role, requiring membership and active participation at the Royal Oak Campus.

If you're passionate about developing leaders, building healthy teams, and turning ministry vision into effective action, we'd love to hear from you.
