Other Minds, a prominent organization in the field of New and Experimental music, is seeking an Executive Director to oversee its operations and strategic direction. Founded in 1992, Other Minds is known for its annual international festival of New Music in San Francisco and various concert series throughout the year. The organization maintains a significant online archive of music and has a budget of $700,000 to $800,000, supported by a dedicated Board of Directors.The Executive Director will be responsible for executing the mission of Other Minds, managing staff, and ensuring financial sustainability through fundraising and grants. The position requires strong leadership and operational skills to guide the organization into its next phase as it celebrates its 30th anniversary. The job is full-time, with a salary range between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, and the expected start date is January 2027.
