Overview
Executive Director (Part‑Time). Scott’s House is seeking a part‑time Executive Director (ED) to work with key staff, volunteers, and the Board to advance its mission to provide a free social‑model hospice residence serving Santa Fe and northern NM. The ED oversees services, operations, and financial management, ensuring operational effectiveness and financial sustainability.

Qualifications
BA required and 3+ years of administrative experience.
Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
Must embrace Scotts House’s mission.
Other Information & Requirements
The organization is based in Santa Fe.
Work arrangement is hybrid, split between working remotely and on‑site at our facility in Santa Fe.
Local travel is required, and occasional travel outside of Santa Fe may be needed.
