Vintage Church is hiring an Executive Director, and this is a building job.
Who We Are
Vintage Church is a one-year-old growing church plant in North Phoenix (I-17 & Happy Valley). We are committed to boldly preaching the vintage truth of the gospel while building a community where people are genuinely known, seen, and loved.
Over the last twelve months:
Sunday attendance grew 30% year over year.
Kids ministry grew 63% year over year.
We remain debt-free and financially healthy.
We're preparing for a second service, a growing staff, future facilities, and sending out more church plants.
The systems that will carry the next season doesn't fully exist yet.
That's where you come in.
The Role
The Executive Director turns vision into execution.
You'll lead and develop staff, develop and mature ministries, strengthen operational systems, drive strategic initiatives, build leadership pipelines, create accountability across teams, and help a growing organization scale.
You'll be working with a fast-moving visionary.
Your genius is turning speed into progress.
