Job description
American Baptist Homes of the Midwest is seeking an Executive Director for their facility in Harlan, Iowa. The successful candidate will oversee operations in compliance with state and federal regulations and will uphold the organization's mission and values.
This is a full-time position offering competitive pay between $110,000 and $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 403(b) plan.
