The role oversees operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and strategic growth, acting as the campus General Manager in collaboration with the CEO, CFO, and Board.
The Executive Director will drive census growth, capital projects, and community culture, maintaining a strong onsite presence and active engagement with residents and staff.
