Job description
Atria Senior Living in Rye Brook, NY is seeking an Executive Director to lead the community's day-to-day operations with full P&L responsibility. You will recruit, coach and supervise a high-performing team across sales, care, hospitality, and resident engagement, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
You will drive sales and operating strategies, manage budgets, labor, occupancy and revenue goals, and partner with regional leaders to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
