Job description
Integrated Real Estate Group in Oklahoma City seeks an Executive Director to lead a senior living community, overseeing resident services, HR, finances, sales and census management, and regulatory compliance.
You will drive strategic initiatives, lead multiple teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery. A minimum of three years of supervisory healthcare experience is required; Assisted Living Manager Certification or Nursing Home Administrator license may be needed.
